Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF) give the cleanest print. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at 300 DPI or higher also work. If your file needs cleanup, our designers will handle it for free.

We stand behind every order. If there's a printing error or defect on our end, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@customlanyard.net with photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll either remake your order at no charge — shipped within 7–10 business days — or issue a full refund. Because every order is custom-printed to your exact specs, we can't accept returns for changes of mind or design preferences after proof approval.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll make it right. Email us at support@customlanyard.net within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we'll remake the order or refund you in full.
